John J. Perry - Founder and Senior Consultant is a consultant who specializes in organization assessment and diagnosis. He is also a much sought after trainer and speaker who serves many types of organizations in both the public and private sectors. He is the developer of the JPEAssessment, which provides a multi-faceted look at   the   preferred   behavioral

patterns of the individual, the perceived behaviors that contribute to the successful performance of the job, and perceived support that the organization’s systems, procedures and practices provide. These results are grouped and averaged to provide a snapshot of the impact that the work experience is having on employee energy.

John has a BS degree in Mathematics from Florida A&M University, an MBA degree in Management Decision Systems from University of Southern California and a Certificate in General Business Management from University of California Los Angeles. Prior to his consulting career in 1982, John was employed for over 22 years by the NASA Dryden Flight Research Center in several disciplines including engineering, functional and project management, and internal consulting in the area of management systems.

Forrest Story - Senior Trainer and Consultant is a former supervisor, manager and educator in public service. He receives high marks from students and trainees for his entertaining, yet practical, “down-to-earth” teaching style. He has facilitated hundreds of workshops on many subjects, including customer service, supervision, leadership, strategic planning,

and conflict resolution. He has also worked with elected officials, executives and employees to build teams and teamwork and designed and facilitated leadership, service delivery, customer service, and productivity improvement programs.

Forrest has a BS degree from California State University Long Beach and an MPA from the University of Southern California. Prior to becoming and trainer and consultant, he served for more than 25 years in the public sector, with 20 years of that service being in supervisory, management, and leadership positions. He is the Past President of the Employee Improvement Association, Southern California Chapter, and the Orange County Management Forum. He is also the recipient of the Instructional Systems Association’s first national award for his work in local government productivity improvement.
