The primary tool HPS uses to facilitate delivery of our services is the Job-Person-Environment Assessment™ (JPEAssessment™). This is a three-part instrument that provides hard data about the key work-related perceptions and preferences that affect people's energy at work.
JPEAssessment™ results produce a powerful diagnosis of how employee energy is being used within the organization and pinpoints the significant contributing factors. They are presented in common, business-oriented language that facilitates communication about key work-related issues and clarifies the behaviors, relationships, and practices that contribute to success, both organizational and individual.

A secondary tool that HPS uses is The Assessments of Readiness™, a series of six short (twelve statements each) questionnaires that provide valuable intelligence about how "ready" you and your organization are to begin your journey toward the future you envisioned. If the results indicate a need to increase your level of "readiness", the results will provide clues that illuminate where you should focus your efforts.
Using The Assessments of Readiness™ before you embark on your journey toward the future will help you build a solid launch pad by addressing the five critical pieces to the "puzzle:"
